The hight was perfect! Made it easy for our elderly cat to get up and down from our rather tall bed. Cover is washable, soft, and easy to clean off litter, hair, etc. We were skeptical since it came in two pieces, but the cover hold everything firmly in place and the stairs are sturdy. Probably only useful for light pets though.

My package arrived with no problem when I opened it up let the foam expands and expanded to the point of no return. The cover does not fit the foam. This is a malfunction. It is defected. I need a new one.
I will give another review once I have my replacement because I have no idea how this thing is gonna go back cause I can’t put it back in the original packing. They need to figure it out. I will be back to give another review once it’s finalized with the replacement.

Did not realize that they were just made out of foam. I bought them for my dogs to be able to get up to the bed that is taller than usual. Took them a little while to get used to it, but that works really well.

I love these steps. My only concern was that it was foam and not a sturdier material for the steps. Not a problem. Very supportive for walking.
When it arrived in a very small box, I was surprised. After removing the steps from the vacuum bag, they were a little crooked.
I let them sit over night and they were perfectly straight the next morning. The cover was relatively easy to put on.
My dog loves them. Small Shih Tzu. She’s 10 years old. Our old stairs required her to jump from the top stair to get into bed. With these she can just walk up right onto the mattress. She never hesitated a minute. Seems like the steps are a little shorter which makes it easier to walk up.

My dogs suffer from luxa patella and these are perfect. I had to lower my bed because they couldn’t get up, I bought a new bed adjustable and it’s low I bought these stairs to replace the hard plastic ones and they are acting like puppies🥰
I had my space heater on when I received the box. I opened it in front of the heater and it just instantly expanded. I put the slip cover on, put it next to the bed. Put some delicious treats on each stair and a big one at the top of the bed and they are now stairmaster dogs 🤣

Easy to put together and I like that it has a washable cover. The big problem is that the steps aren’t even close to deep enough and it is foam rubber inside. My bad
I didn’t read the product description. That makes it way too soft for a secure climb. Good point. My cats have a new scratch post.

Oh my gosh I received the steps and as soon as I received them I opened.the.package aandyes.it.was very well packaged. Anyhow I proceeded to put it together and that’s when my 7 dogs noticed their new.steps. well Im trying.to put the cover on the sponge steps and they proceed to try and keep walking up them. They absolutely love them. They find them I believe to be easier to walk on than that hard plastic as.the.otjers.were made of. Thank you thank you for.getting them here within a couple of days. Easy to open and put together and zip on the washable cover. These doggie steps make it possible for my senior Chi to manage getting on the bed and the couch. The height of 4 steps is perfect for her. Simple, soft, sturdy, and lightweight solution for a problem.

Horrible product. I spent 2 hours attempting to put the slip cover on expanded foam steps. The foam steps were air tight plastic bag and expanded once removed from plastic bag.
By the time I figured out which section of slip cover was top, bottom or side and managed to slip it on the steps I discovered the slip cover was too small and could not be zipped up, therefore useless.
In addition, I ordered 4 steps. The 4th step was separate from the stairs. Not sure if this was by design. I attempted to put the slip cover on it to no avail.
This issue is the slip cover is too small for item and could not be zipped on foam steps I received. Due to poor assembly instructions I wasted (2) hours of my life wasted. Poor assembly instructions. My suggestion for business owner, label the slip cover top, bottom, side.

Most certainly I am not gifted with spatial reasoning because I pulled out a few hairs after assembling these SIMPLE dog steps. It took about an hour after redoing the entire thing once and spending a lot of time trying to stretch the material exactly how it should be.
I very much like that the material has a stretch to it but I also wish the bottom of it was about twice as thick. I am not overly sure that the material will not see a zipper break in the future. In some areas the fabric looks like it’s pulling.
This is the third fabric covered dog steps that I’ve owned and like all of them there are pluses and minuses.
1. This has a two piece foam insert which is great as often they are made of cardboard. I would like it better if the foam insert was one solid piece as there is nothing to attach the two pieces together.
2. The zippers stretch the entire circumference of the piece and could certainly break from tension. If it breaks anywhere along the length the piece cant ’t be used without a covering.
3. The material is thin and dog claws could easily penetrate it . The bottom is a non-slip but I’d also much thinner than I anticipated. I do very much like the stretch though.
I would have the foam insert made into one piece ( I may use fabric glue to do this later) and include snaps along the route so that zippers wouldn’t have as much tension on them. I would absolutely love to have fabric options on this or be able to buy extra coverings. A towel like material would be awesome.
My dogs will no longer use anything other than fabric covered stairs as they feel more secure on them than wood or plastic. This is why I opt to use them. If they fall on them they never get hurt and I am very thankful for their safety as they are all tiny dogs.

These things are perfect for my dog due to her having a bad arthritic back. For anyone with a high bed this is a godsend and will save your dog’s joints in the long run. Instead of having my dog jump up and down two feet every time she wants to get up and down from the bed these stairs help her do it easily and conveniently. They come vacuum sealed so when you get them the package will look small but all you have to do is open it up and undo the plastic and in about 24 hours you will have your full set of stairs. They are very light and easy to move wherever you need them but they stay still whenever your pup or pet will be using them. There are five different stairs so very small increments to get your pet to where they need to go without them having to make big leaps or jumps. The fabric they are covered with seems very durable and it’s made very well. To clean it all you have to do is unzip the cover and throw it in the washer it’s so easy. Definitely recommend for any pet parents especially ones with a high bed

This is not the prettiest of colors so if that is important to you, do not get this because the brown is very vintage 1970 dark brown and the texture doesn’t help either unless it matches your color aesthetic then you’re fine or if you’re not picky. I did give this some time to fully expand, but it does not fill in fully. But all in all if you need it for your senior pet to assist with getting onto the bed or couch or into their favorite cat tree, it’s good for that and let me not forget it is also a fun option for kittens to play on and navigate into other areas safely due to its soft of dense foam. It’s easy to clean just undo zipper and pop in wash. It was very easy to put together, it has tiny cat paw grips to keep it somewhat stable on smoother surfaces and that’s a nice safety feature. It’s lightweight so you can easily move it from room to room where it is needed. It can go with you on trips and travel.
