I started using this probiotic for my adult cat who occasionally experiences loose stools and digestive sensitivity. I mixed one packet into her regular wet food once daily. Within a few days, her stools became more formed and consistent, and she seemed more comfortable overall.
The beef bone broth flavor made a noticeable difference—my cat accepted it easily without hesitation, which is not always the case with supplements. The powder blended smoothly into food without clumping. After about two weeks of consistent use, her digestion appeared more stable, and I haven’t seen the same recurring issues.
This has been a helpful addition to her routine for digestive support.

The first thing I like about this product is the ease of use factor. Each serving is pre-measured, so there is no guessing do you have the right amount in a scoop.
For me, there is no discernible smell, which is great because we know that many cats including mine will refuse food if there is a funky smell in it all of a sudden.
Probiotics have many benefits both for humans and for our pets. Do your research and you will see that they not only can improve digestion, but many ancillary problems actually begin in the gut. With my cat, she has some undiagnosed skin problem that up to now has required cortisone injections every couple of months. While that is still going to continue for her, this is an excellent supplement and treatment that can benefit her in many ways.
I also give this to my current Foster cat who arrived very dehydrated and is still very skinny. I feel that this product can help her digestion and clean out any cooties she may have picked up intestinal before coming to me. I can say that since I have been giving it to her, her elimination is improved in bulk and frequency, so it is indeed doing something in that digestive tract.
I would recommend doing your research on the benefits of probiotics for your pets and of course, always consult your veterinary team. This also would make a great gift item for any rescues in your local area. Always keep them in mind because as someone who has done fostering and rehome, I can tell you every little bit of help is appreciated.

I tried the Joyfull Probiotic for Cats with my pet, and I would give it 3 stars. The product is easy to use with its daily packets, and my cat didn’t mind the beef bone broth flavor. However, the taste seems just okay, my cat didn’t show much excitement about it, and sometimes left part of it untouched. While the probiotics might be beneficial for digestive support, the overall experience with taste leaves room for improvement.

We have a lot of cats. Every time we bring one home from the shelter/rescue, there is always a gastro issue…. always. We decided to get a probiotic to help ease the flow, if you know what I mean. We were excited for the “beef bone broth”, but instead we got a powder.
Ease of use: This is not a broth. It is a powder. That does not make it very easy to use. We found the only way we can get our cats to eat it is by mixing it with a tube (ie Churu). Not the most ideal, since tubes tend to be more like treats. It doesn’t really have a smell and I have no clue if they like the taste, since I can’t feed it to them by itself.
Function: I am not sure how great it works. Maybe the movements are slightly less stinky? I think a good probiotic is a subtle thing. I don’t think its hurting at all. Probiotics are almost always good for the health in some way.
For the cost, I’m not sure how good of a value it is. Especially since it isn’t a stand alone product.

Customer Review –
The Joyfull probiotic for cats has been a great help for digestive support. I started using it during a bout of loose stools, and I noticed improvement fairly quickly with consistent use. The fact that it contains clinically proven probiotic strains gave me confidence, especially for managing diarrhea and overall gut health.
What really sets this apart is the beef bone broth flavor — my cat eats it without hesitation when mixed into food, which is huge because probiotics can be tricky with picky cats. The individual daily packets make dosing easy and mess-free.
This feels like a gentle but effective supplement that’s great not only for digestive upsets, but also for ongoing gut health maintenance.
✅ Pros:
• Clinically proven probiotic strains
• Helps with diarrhea and digestive balance
• Easy-to-use daily packets
• Beef bone broth flavor cats enjoy
• Mixes well with wet or dry food
• Great for short-term issues or daily support
❌ Cons:
• Results depend on consistent daily use
• Packets can go quickly in multi-cat homes
Bottom line:
An effective, cat-friendly probiotic that supports digestion and gut health without a struggle. If your cat has tummy troubles or needs digestive support, this is a solid, stress-free option. 🐾✨

Our cat is getting older, and honestly, I’ve been searching for anything that could support her digestive system without resorting to more intense interventions. She has had more health problems cropping up and it concerns me but I know there are things I can do to prevent them in the future for the most part. These probiotic packets seemed worth trying, especially with the beef bone broth base—at least she’d actually consume it.
I mixed the first packet into her wet food, and she didn’t even notice. No suspicious sniffing or walking away in disdain, which is a minor miracle with our particular feline. The packets are easy to tear open and mix in, though I wish the instructions were a bit clearer about how much water to add if you’re not mixing it with food.
It’s still early to say whether it’s making a real difference in her overall health, but I appreciate that the ingredients are straightforward and science-backed. The kids have been extra attentive to her lately, and knowing we’re doing something proactive feels good. For a natural approach to supporting an aging cat, these are a solid option. 🐱
I just hope we start seeing some tangible improvements soon—she deserves all the good years we can give her. I feel like probiotics for humans are great, so they are probably great for cats, too!

These probiotics for cats seem to be helping one of our kitties that was having lose stools for a few days before trying these probiotics. Her runny poos have improved and she doesn’t stress as much as she used to while going.
I’m a big supporter of probiotics for people, as I know of (& have experienced) the great benefits. So, being able to give my fur babies these probiotics for cats is greatly beneficial to them, as it improves their digestion and improves their overall gut health. I add it to their tuna or wet cat food and they don’t mind the taste or actually like it, as it hasn’tswayed their appetite at all. They eat it with no issues.
I know these quality probiotics has helped my kitty with the GI issues and I know it’s improving the gut health of my other fur babies, as well.

This probiotic is easy to work with, and the single‑serve packets make daily use simple. The powder blends into food without clumping, and the beef bone broth flavor is mild enough that most cats will accept it without hesitation. The formula includes strains commonly used for digestive support, so it can be a useful addition if your cat deals with loose stools, stress‑related stomach issues, or general sensitivity.
The packets open cleanly and the texture mixes well into wet food, which helps if your cat is suspicious of anything new. Some cats may show improvement fairly quickly, especially if their digestive problems are mild. Others may need more time, and a few may not respond at all, which is typical with probiotics since every cat’s system is different. It’s worth paying attention to how your cat reacts over the first week to see whether it’s making a difference.
The value feels reasonable for a month’s supply, especially if your cat benefits from consistent digestive support. It’s a practical option to try if you’re looking for something gentle that might help stabilize your cat’s stomach, though the effectiveness can vary from pet to pet.

Joyfull’s probiotic sachets arrive exactly as marketed: a single pouch treats 2‑4 kittens, which is a huge cost‑effective win for a rescue handling large litters. The powder mixes readily into milk or food, so administration is simple and stress‑free for both staff and kittens. We’ve observed quicker recovery in newly weaned or sick kittens, confirming its efficacy. The packaging is compact and sturdy, preventing moisture damage during storage. Overall, the product’s durability, ease of use, and value make it an essential supplement for our fostering program.

At the current price of $19 for 30 packets, these are less expensive than the probiotic my vet recommends (Purina FortiFlora). Both products have 1 gram per packet, and both include the probiotic Enterococcus faecium, although Purina identifies the strain (SF68). Dog nerd podcasts I listen to do recommend going with probiotics from reputable companies where the strains are identified, as you are feeding your dog a live bacteria product, and don’t want to feed them something that will harm rather than help them.
Joyfull includes Lactobacillus acidophilus where FortiFlora does not. Joyfull probiotics also include inulin, a prebiotic fiber. Might cover some extra bases. (FortiFlora for cats includes taurine, where Joyfull does not.)
For the folks worried about dosing amounts, Joyfull makes the exact same product in the same quantities but branded for cats, so it doesn’t seem like size (or species) matters in this case. The photo shows the cat product on the left and the dog product on the right.

I like that this probiotic is made in the USA and has a clean ingredient list. It was super easy to use. I just sprinkled it over my cat’s regular food and she ate it without any fuss.
My cat has a sensitive stomach, and now that she’s getting older, I worry more about keeping her healthy and comfortable. This felt like an easy way to give her a little extra digestive support without changing her food or routine. We didn’t have any issues at all, and it didn’t seem to bother her stomach.

The absolute best part about this is that my cats had no idea they were getting “medicine” in their food. It can be so difficult to get the little fur babies to take anything that is remotely helpful. The powder can easily be added to food, even dry, and apparently has a scent or taste that appeals to them. My cats ate it with no hesitation whatsoever.
My oldest ball of fluff has the occasionally bout of problematic…poo. This does seem to help. Even just alternating a day on/day off I noticed a difference in odor from both of them after about a week. At the end of the box, no problematic bathroom time in three weeks which is longer than typical to go without a bout of diarrhea.
Even if it is just a coincidence, the price makes this an affordable way to help with digestion and aid with a cat’s stomach biome. It isn’t messy, hard to administer, or overwhelmingly offensive to the nasal cavities. Give it a try and see if it helps your angels.
