This water bowl is PERFECT for my 6 month old kitty. The water flows calmly, so there’s less temptation for her to play in the water and make a mess and it’s super quiet.
The box has very clear instructions, as did the little pamphlet on the inside. I also think I’ve seen these filters on Amazon, which means they will be easy to replace when the time comes.
Set up was super simple, and my cat is SO curious and has been sniffing it for 5 minutes now 😂
Again, she’s a kitten though so everything is new and interesting.
I think she’s going to love it.

Pet Water Fountain for Cats & Dogs — A Lifesaver for My Shy, Picky Cat
I have a very shy, easily startled cat, so introducing anything new into the house is always an adventure. This pet water fountain turned out to be one of the best additions I’ve made for her.
Setup & Design: The fountain comes with everything needed to get started (though only one charcoal filter is included). Assembly was simple, filling it was easy, and the build quality feels solid and durable. It holds a generous amount of water, which is great for reducing refills.
There is a blue light that shines through a thin vertical window that allows you to see the water level. The light also glows softly through the top drinking bowl, which looks nice without being too bright.
Noise Level: The motor is super quiet. I genuinely cannot hear it running, which is perfect for a nervous cat and for a quiet home.
My Cat’s Reaction: Because she’s afraid of anything new, my cat was hesitant at first. She wouldn’t go near it initially, which didn’t surprise me. I sat with her and petted her next to the fountain so she could get used to it, and after a little time she approached it, took a sip, and has been happily drinking from it ever since.
This is a huge improvement. Before this fountain, she was extremely picky about her water. I was changing her large bowl daily, and she would still paw at the water, spill it, or try to tip over lighter bowls. I eventually resorted to a heavy ceramic bowl that I placed inside another bowl that I taped to the floor just to keep her from moving it and knocking it over.
With this fountain, all of that frustration is gone. No splashing, no tipping, no pawing — just steady, clean, moving water that she actually enjoys drinking.
Performance
– Gentle water flow with zero splashing
– Excellent build quality
– Large water capacity
– Whisper-quiet operation
Minor drawback, it only comes with one charcoal filter, and I’m not yet sure how to order replacements. That’s the only downside I’ve found so far.
Bottom Line: This fountain has made life easier for both me and my cat. It’s quiet, sturdy, easy to use, and — most importantly — my very picky, very timid cat actually drinks from it. If you have a cat who’s particular about water or tends to spill bowls, this is absolutely worth it!

Love this water fountain. My cat loves it too. It’s so so so quiet. See the video I uploaded to hear how quiet. And say hello to my cat Cashew. It bubbles perfectly. My cat doesn’t care for the spout kind but likes a good bubbler. I like how it’s so much easier to get the food she drops out of this one than my last one.
I wish it were metal. If they came out with a metal one I’d trade this in b/c metal is better for cats to drink from than plastic. But I’m loving this fountain. So far so good.

This pet water fountain does a lot of things right. It’s very quiet, holds a generous amount of water, and the circulating flow definitely encourages my cats to drink more compared to a standard bowl. The BPA-free plastic feels safe and sturdy, and setup was quick and straightforward. Once running, it stays nearly silent, which is great for indoor use.
However, there are a few drawbacks that keep this from being a full 5-star product. The biggest issue is the central top “dish”—it’s a two-piece assembly that does not fully separate, which makes thorough cleaning and proper sanitizing difficult. On top of that, there are small crevices in the lid (under where the filter sits), and those areas can easily trap debris or bacteria and are hard to reach with a brush.
Another concern is the filter system. The filters are proprietary, and expensive ($1.70 for 15-20 days use which equals $31 to $41 per yr.) which makes buying spares less convenient, and it’s not clear what the filter media actually contains. They say “activated carbon removes odor-causing impurities, and the ion-exchange resin improves water taste”, but how do we know they are safe??? I prefer products that use more standardized or clearly labeled filter materials. After all, your pet is ingesting the water that runs through these elements.
Overall, this fountain works well and does its main job—keeping fresh, flowing water available—very effectively. If you’re willing to be extra diligent with cleaning and okay with proprietary filters, it’s a solid option. Good product with a few design improvements needed to make it excellent.

Nice little fountain. Timid cats or small dogs may be a little put off by the blue lights on it and the buzzing sounds it makes, but it worked well for my fur babies .
I give it 5 paws up.

This is my second water fountain; my last one kicked the bucket, and we got this as a replacement. This does come with an instruction book, which I didn’t read, but it was pretty easy to put together. It comes with everything needed and only one charcoal filter. The pump nozzle thing was what challenged me, and that has to be stuck into the lid to get the water to come out of the fountain. This has a super quiet motor. I mean, I can not hear it at all. I know it says it’s silent, but it truly is; my last fountain was quiet but still noticeable. You can’t even hear the water that is pouring out. It has a soft blue light as well. You can’t turn this off, but it is very light, enough for the cats to drink at night, but not bright enough to even be a nightlight. So far, there have been zero issues. It’s easy to put together, easy to fill, and the cats don’t have issues drinking out of it. The water fountain is gentle and does not splash at all.

This is the 4th watering system I’ve gotten for my cats and so far, the best. We use double-filtered water due to the high mineral volume of our water, which isn’t good for cats (kidney stones – no fun). So I’ve had no issues with residue like other models I’ve used. I especially like seeing the water level so easily – the side view gives you a peek at howuch water is in the well.
At first, the cats made a mess with the water. Perhaps they pawed it – but now they are drinking from it as normal. Took a few days, but my older cats adapted fine. We have one young cat that doesn’t go into the old cats’ area, but mimics their behavior, so I believe she would quickly drink from it too (she was a stray on her own for about a year).
I had first int ndes on putting this in a different spot for all the pets (5 total, 2 dogs), who all drink from the dog water bowl despite our efforts to move/elevate it. It’s probably best, as the dogs would drink all the water within a day.
I really love this and recommend you try it! Winner in our home!
