I truly really like these bottles however, the hole is a tiny bit to much flow for a newborn puppy. I added Gerber chicken to thicken milk up a bit, then it was perfect,. Puppy nice and full ,slept for 4 hours

Good sized bottles but the nipples leave a LOT to be desired!!! The smaller size nipples have no pre-punched holes in them & when you go to punch the holes needed, it is almost like pulling teeth!!
We had to wean 7- 2 1/2 week old puppies from their mom because they were causing a life threatening condition in the mom. We were unable to get the holes punched in the nipples that would allow the puppies to feed like they were from their mom. It was very frustrating. The large nipples were way too big for the little puppies and the small ones wouldn’t let the pups nurse. We had to eventually use an eye-dropper to nurse the puppies until we could transition them to super soggy dry puppy food that had been ground up in a blender.

My recent bottle kitten would not take to any of the bottles or nipples that I had so I got these. At first he did have a little trouble latching but soon got the hang of it.
The wide mouth makes cleaning easier compared to the small bottles you can pick up pretty much anywhere. Having actually lids makes traveling and storage much easier as you don’t have to worry about milk leaking out.
The bottle themselves are the perfect size if you are feeding several at one time but are too big for only one or two. They are also thinned walked so don’t heat them in the microwave for long or they will melt.
I use the shortest thin nipple for my little ones. They seem like they are going to last even through teething.
However getting the hole punched, not open when they arrived, was a challenge. The little punch is blunt and the hole left behind is too small, so I finally just used a large needle to open them up.
I have not had any leakage so far. Getting 3 whole sets for $10 is a great deal even with the headache of the punch. Besides the punch the only other thing I would change is the length of the nipple, I would make it a little shorter to help with getting new bottle babies to latch.

Bought these for my 2 1/2 week old puppies. Based on the images it looks like you can punch your own holes in the bigger nipple. That’s not true. They come pre cut and it’s the cross cut which just makes them aspirate. Do not recommend for puppies of any size. The small nipple might be good for kittens and very small breeds of dogs. It was a waste of money for me.
