Super cute! Also my cat doesn’t walk wobbly with it. I love the purple collar design.

I got this cat onesie for my 4-month-old kitten right after her spay surgery, and it was an absolute lifesaver. The breathable, lightweight fabric kept her comfy and warm (especially over the shaved belly area) without overheating, and the soft material didn’t irritate her incision at all. She healed perfectly with zero licking or scratching—way better than trying to keep a cone on her! The adjustable fit was perfect: I got the S size (she’s about 4 lbs), and the drawstrings at the neck, waist, and length let me customize it so it stayed snug but never restricted her movement. She could eat, drink, play, and use the litter box normally—no messes, and the tail opening is thoughtfully designed so nothing gets soiled. Compared to the plastic cone the vet sent home with, this onesie kept her so much less stressed; she was zooming around and purring within a day. It’s also super cute and doubles as cozy pajamas now that she’s fully healed. Easy to put on/take off, machine-washable, and held up great through the whole recovery week. If your kitty is getting spayed (or has skin issues/weaning), skip the cone and get this instead. Highly recommend!

WORKS PERFECT!!!! Cannot be more happy with this product and will keep it for any future kitties I may be gifted with by the cat distribution. I love that the back can be adjusted to the kittens body and comfortability. I also love that the back is not only secured with a Velcro strip, but with a tie as well for further safety. The pull string around the neck is really helpful as well. It fits well, was super easy to put on and still gives her wound to breathe & heal properly. I don’t worry about the fabric rubbing on it. It helps that it is just so darling, too. My kitten is both comfortable and cute. She is able to pee and poop without any problems, so that is less of a hassle for me as I do not need to constantly wash. Sometimes other products still get their pee on the suit, not this one. It is really easy to use and you get good quality for the value. I would advise to still wash before use, but it did seem clean out of package and had no smell. I still washed for safety. I bought a small; my kitten is about 3 months and 3.5 lbs, if that helps.

Adjustable Cat Surgical Recovery Suit for my spayed cat and it’s worked well. The small size fits nicely, the tail opening is convenient, and she doesn’t seem as irritated as she would in a plastic cone. The fabric is soft and breathable just make sure you select the right size and monitor her comfort.

Finding the purrrfect cat clothing for a cat/kitten after a spay is super important. Cats hate wearing the collar af trees r surgery so a soft onesie makes all the difference.
This item did not fit up to my standards, to be honest. I tried this out before I got my ragdoll spayed. My thoughts::
1. The material is very rough feeling, and would feel painful against an incision.
2. The adjustable neck has a long string that my kitten kept getting her paw caught in. I was worried unsupervised she would injure herself.
3. The leg straps are thin and also adjustable. They have a metal piece. She kept biting at them like they bothered her.
4. There is an addition tie on the back to make the waist fit better. This just gave my kitten more strings to find and play with. I think they are unnecessary.
This just did not work for my needs.

We have two female kittens that are getting fixed in October. I got this in a medium. Current model Cathy, who is about 5lbs. This will still fit her great in October. This is such a great concept/design for a spay. While cones can protect from licking the area, it doesn’t protect from other cats. And if you have other cats in the house, like we do, this will prevent them from grooming the patient. This is very stretchy which made it very easy to put on. The collar is adjustable if you need it smaller. The hook and loop closure on the back is very strong so you don’t have to worry about them wiggling out of it. The back leg/tail holes also allow for normal bathroom use. The color looks true to the listing. Stitching and sewing quality is solid – no loose threads or shoddy work.

This little suit was absolutely first rate for our kitten for her spay. It is super soft just like a baby’s onesie would be, and it seems pretty true to size. It also helps that it’s pretty darn cute. Not only does it look good but it functioned well as far as keeping our kitten from over grooming her surgical site. She found it a bit weird as any cat would, but she actually grew accustomed to it pretty quickly and calmed down. The security around the neck is very safe and I felt good leaving the kitten alone for short periods wearing the outfit.

It runs pretty small and my cat absolutely hates it. The way that it wraps around her back legs exposes parts of her that I don’t think any of us want to see, and she just looks so sad. The product itself, although small, does feel like a quality item that is soft to the touch and easy to put on, even to her dismay. It does not feel like it will be removed easily on her own, which I appreciate.

Crappy material. Hard to put on with narrow straps. Short in the body. Cute visually, but not very helpful.

Our cat doesn’t like wearing clothes, so she hated it at first. She looked cute and it helped her heal after being spayed.

While this cat recovery onesie seemed promising as an alternative to the traditional cone, the sizing leaves a lot to be desired.
Fit & Comfort Issues:
The biggest drawback is that the onesie runs too small, even when choosing the recommended size. It fits tightly and restricts movement, making it uncomfortable for the cat to walk or stretch naturally. Instead of calming them, the snugness caused stress and made them more anxious.
Functionality Problems:
Because of the poor fit, the onesie shifts out of place and doesn’t stay secure over the intended area. This defeats the purpose of protecting surgical or sensitive spots. The openings also seem misaligned, making bathroom breaks awkward and inconvenient.
Overall Impression:
The concept is good, and the fabric feels soft, but the execution falls short due to sizing. For larger cats or breeds with stockier builds, this product just doesn’t work as intended.
✅ Pros:
Soft, breathable fabric
Easy to put on and remove
⚠️ Cons:
Runs too small — not true to size
Restricts movement and comfort
Doesn’t stay in place properly
Openings not well-aligned for practical use
Final Verdict:
Unfortunately, this onesie is more frustrating than helpful. A better sizing chart or more generous fit would make it useful, but as it stands, it’s not a good option for cats outside the smallest size range.
