Nice smooth texture that cats enjoy licking. Ingredients include taurine and vitamin E, which is a plus. Grain free recipe suits sensitive stomachs. Tubes are easy to use. Some cats finish them quickly, so portions feel small despite the good quality.

I got these puree pops for my 2 cats. I had never heard of the Chef Kitty brand before this, but these treats looked very similar to the Churu treats my cats really enjoy. The box they come in was totally smashed and the treat tubes were all loose inside the padded envelope. The box is made from a plastic-y material and the bottom flaps were snapped off in places and couldn’t be fixed. It’s not a huge deal, but I would’ve liked to keep them inside of the box. I have wire rack shelves in my pantry and the keep falling through the cracks. It’s not a huge deal, but notable. These come in 3 varieties- Chicken, Chicken and Krill and Chicken and Cranberry. The use by dates stamped on each tube is 10/21/2027. So I have a good amount of time to use these up in. Each tube has a little pre-cut notch on the end to tear it open. Each time I gave these to my cats, I ended up just getting scissors because the tear wasn’t sufficient. Both of my cats really love these. They shoveled them and ate every last drop. My toddler got a kick out of watching them slurp these up. She was laughing and clapping, which made the whole experience even better. These are good. While I cannot personally attest to the taste, my cats are pretty picky and both really enjoyed them. You get 20 tubes, and these are currently priced at $13.95, which is a pretty decent value, and about the same price as a 20 pack of Churu tube treats cost.

My cats go crazy for these lickable chicken treats. Creamy texture makes them easy to squeeze and serve. I like that they’re grain free with added taurine and vitamin E. Tubes are convenient and it a great treat option.

Chef Kitty Purée Pops comes out thick and creamy, just like my cat likes it. Perfect portion for a mid-day treat. We usually only give treats for special occasions or rewards (such as sitting still for nail clips or after a bist to the vet). My cat liked the taste and ate every bit of it.

We have cats and also foster/rescue cats. So you can understand we go through food and treats. We have many testers. These were a new brand for us. Looked good. Good variety of flavors. Easy to open. Not a big mess. As for how the cats liked them, it was 50/50. Some took to it right away. Other half sniffed and then walked off. Tried with another flavor. Same thing happened with the same cats. So do I recommend? I’d start with a small variety pack first. But do recommend.

I have two cats, one indoor and one outdoor, and they share one thing in common: they love treats! One of them tends to be more particular than the other and sometimes rejects treats or food that isn’t up to his standards. These Chef Kitty Purée Pops satisfied both cats! These pouches are easy to squeeze out, but a little smaller than other pouches of this type. Nevertheless, the texture was nearly identical, a smooth, lickable treat they devoured within minutes. I really liked the variety here, especially the chicken with cranberry; cranberry is great for urinary health, so I appreciate being able to support my cat’s health while giving them a treat they love. I also love that they are all natural and grain-free as well as being high in protein. At $20 for 12 tubes, this is a great value, and my cats are very pleased with them!

The Chef Kitty Purée Pops are grain-free, lickable cat treats that double as a creamy food topper. Enriched with Vitamin E and Taurine, these 0.5-ounce tubes are designed for both nutritional support and high palatability, making them a hit even with cats that have been indifferent to similar products in the past.
What I Liked:
High Palatability: These treats won over my cat where other similar brands failed; they are clearly very appealing to pets.
User-Friendly Packaging: The tubes are very easy to open and simple to serve, allowing for a mess-free experience.
Fair Pricing: The price is very fair, offering good value for a 10-tube pack of specialized treats.
Nutritional Additions: The inclusion of Taurine and Vitamin E adds a layer of health benefits to a standard snack.
What I Didn’t Like:
Single Flavor Pack: This specific pack is limited to Salmon flavor, so you would need to purchase separate sets if your cat prefers a variety of proteins.
Who Should Buy:
Cat owners with picky eaters who have had mixed success with other lickable treats.
Those looking for a nutritious, easy-to-serve topper to entice their cat to eat more of their regular food.
Who Should Skip:
Owners of cats with specific allergies to salmon or those looking for a multi-flavor variety pack in a single purchase.
Star Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars
These purée pops earn 5 stars for their excellent palatability and ease of use. At a very fair price point, they provide a reliable way to treat your cat while adding essential vitamins to their diet. The fact that they succeeded where other brands didn’t makes them a standout choice for high-value rewards.

This is the first time I have tried to offer my cat one of these puree tubes for a snack because the ingredients are healthy and decent enough compared to other brands with less than desirable ingredients. Cats are picky by nature so these took some getting used to for our cat and for us. We both decided it was easier to put some of this out on a plate for her to eat as she pleased. We put out about a third of it a day, per day and refrigerated it in between and she ate about 3/4 of it every time. That’s pretty good for our very picky cat. Other less finicky cats will probably gobble this wet food treat up right out of the package. Has the texture of soft, puree wet cat food and it doesn’t smell any more offensive than wet cat food normally does. These pops are designed for feeding as a treat only and they should not make up more than 10 percent of a cats daily diet. Nice to have them individually wrapped up so that we can share some with our family and friends too. Check out the ingredients list before ordering them but this salmon one has mainly salmon and chicken ingredients, which is better than using other cheaper fillers that some brands use. The plain chicken variety looks really healthy too, but I don’t recommend all of the flavors and don’t suggest ordering the multiple variety pack personally based on the ingredients used.

Kitty’s Kitten Rescue –
Chef Kitty’s Purée Pops are a brilliant little invention, blending functionality and quality into a compact, convenient treat. The formula is a winner—it’s grain-free and fortified with essential nutrients like vitamin E and taurine, which is a huge relief for pet parents who prioritize their cat’s health. What truly sets them apart is the practicality: the squeezable tubes make portion control totally mess-free. Our feline taste testers absolutely adore the seafood flavor, and the lickable texture is a fantastic way to introduce some variety into their usual snack routine. Each 0.5-ounce tube is surprisingly durable, so you don’t have to worry about frustrating leaks in your pantry. Getting 20 tubes per pack offers excellent value, making them a smart choice, especially if you treat your cat often. The sleek, pastel packaging is quite charming, though it does make the box a little bulkier than necessary.

I honestly think I’ve found a great treat that’s making my cat obsessed with the purée pops. It’s actually kind of hilarious because the second I grab one from the cupboard, my cat is already weaving through my legs and screaming like he hasn’t eaten in a decade. I love that I can just tear the top off and hand-feed him; it feels way more personal than just dumping kibble in a bowl and walking away. Plus, I don’t have to deal with the gross cleanup of canned food, which is a huge thing for me. Watching him get so hyped for a little tube of kitty yummies is easily the highlight of my day, and honestly, if it keeps him from knocking my water glass off the nightstand, I’ll keep buying them forever.

The straight up Chicken flavor seems to be the winner in this house with 4 of 4 cleaning their plates… Chicken Cranberry was second with 3 out of 4.. that fourth had zero interest in that one but LOVED the straight chicken so go figure. Krill one is a mixed bag here with 2 of the cats liking them but none of our animals appear to be seafood lovers in general so that’s not a huge surprise I suppose.
Ingredients wise, I like that these are pretty simple. I’m not sure what “made in US and China” means as far as which parts come from which but it looks like it’s a mixed source there if that matters. I think the fact that the ingredients list is on the shorter side is a win without too much “extra” stuff in there beyond what they really want.
At 62 cents per serving it’s not the most expensive treat you can give but certainly qualifies as a premium cat treat. If you’ve got picky animals you may want to stick with something basic like straight chicken, or you may just have to figure out who likes what when it comes treat time. Admittedly, it’s nice knowing that one of our cats that would normally eat hers and then head for one of the other dishes won’t mess with one of the flavors… so that could be a benefit depending your situation.
