I have used this Silver Grade Wound Spray on both my cats and dogs several times. We had an outside cat that had a couple of scrapes and when I applied the spray to him he did not act as though it hurt or burned in anyway. His scrapes cleared up very quickly and without any problems or infections. I have also used it on one of my pups who is allergic to the grass after it is mowed and it helps him immensely. He does not itch as much and cause any hotspots from scratching. I will definitely be investing in this product for future use. I find that its versatility and quality is an excellent value for an affordable price point.

I used this spray on irritated spots on my dog and saws some improvement. The bottle makes it easy to apply and the mist covers the area well. My pets did not react to the scent because there is none, and the lack of sting helped me keep them calm. The simple design works, although the plastic bottle feels less durable than I want. The formula handled hot spots and small scratches on different animals, which made it useful in my routine. I like that it dries fast and does not leave residue. At $25 bucks, it feels a bit high for the size, but the results made it acceptable. Overall, it works well for basic wound care and daily upkeep.

This wound spray works well for soothing hot spots, itching, and minor skin irritations on pets. It’s easy to apply and helps calm irritated areas from scratching, rashes, or insect bites. Using it along with a cone is a good idea to prevent licking and allow the area to heal properly.
The formula feels gentle and safe, making it suitable for regular use when needed. It absorbs quickly and helps keep the affected area clean while providing relief. Overall, this is a useful treatment to have on hand for managing minor skin issues in dogs, cats, and other pets.

This spray worked well on an itchy patch under my dogs chin… the patch may have been caused by an allergic reaction to his collar, however it just would not clear up even after the collar was removed and replaced.. I tried other things, like cleaning it well and rinsing and then applying rubbing alcohol, which seemed to help a little. But then if I didn’t keep doing that, the patch didn’t fully go away, so it quickly came back and turned dark again.
This colloidal silver spray began helping after the first application, there was definitely less itchiness by the next day. I applied this every day for a week. It is very easy to apply, the spray is an even mist that coats the area nicely. There is no fragrance, so my dog didn’t try to run away during application as he had with other sprays. He didn’t react at all after the 2nd day there was no wrestling him to keep him still because he didn’t smell anything. There was also no stinging or burning, because again, he had no reaction when I came to him with the bottle in my hand. No bad vibes at all. This spray really does work so well, I highly recommend it!! It has a generously time expiration date stamped on the box as well.

I’ve been using this colloidal silver spray for just two days and I’m already impressed. My dog has a couple of stubborn hot spots and a yeasty rash on her belly that’s been driving her (and me) crazy with the constant scratching. After the first few sprays, she calmed down noticeably, and the angry red areas look less inflamed today. Huge relief.
Even better: I had a hen with a nasty bare patch on her head from an over-amorous rooster literally pecking and biting her scalp. I sprayed it on her twice a day (she’s surprisingly cooperative), and the wound is drying up nicely with no signs of infection. It’s fantastic to have one safe product that works on both the dog and poultry.
The formula really is just nano silver and purified water—no smells, no sting, completely lick-safe (though I still pop a cone on the dog for the worst spots). Super easy spray bottle, no mess.
My only minor complaint is that it ships in a plastic bottle. I’d happily pay a couple extra bucks for glass since silver solutions can be finicky about plastic over time, but that’s not a deal-breaker at all.
Five stars from me and grateful pets! Highly recommend for anyone dealing with hot spots, scratches, or minor wounds across different animals.

Great product to keep in your pet first aid kit!
My dog had a small irritation spot, and the original gel/ointment version cleared it up within just a couple of days. The texture stayed put without being greasy, and I really appreciated that it uses soothing, natural ingredients like silver and calendula instead of harsh chemicals.
Update: I recently tried the spray version too, and it’s just as effective — maybe even better for everyday use. My newest rescue actually prefers the spray over the gel (he acts like I’m giving him a spa misting instead of first aid), so I’ve started using the spray as my first line of defense since it’s lighter and easier to apply. I now keep the gel for more stubborn irritations if they ever pop up.
Both versions are compact enough to toss into a grooming or travel kit, and they work beautifully for hot spots, scrapes, or minor skin flare-ups. Safe across different pets and incredibly gentle.
Highly recommend keeping both on hand for quick, effective, and low-stress skin care for your animals!!

I got this as a back up in case my dog ever gets a hot spot. I’ll be prepared for my baby. Doesn’t have much of a scent.

I was skeptical about using colloidal silver but, after using this product by Silver Grade, I’m convinced now that it is the way to go. My dog is very active and is always racing around the yard and jumping. He had an abrasion (about the size of a quarter) on his chest from coming down on a piece of wood. I had been cleaning it and keeping an eye on it but it just sort of lingered. When I got this wound spray, I cleaned the abrasion well, and used a cotton ball to dab the spray on the wound. I could not believe how quickly it healed after using it for three days. My dog is also prone to yeast infections in his ears. I spray two sprays at night for three nights and it clears it right up and takes care of the itching. I’m happy I took a chance on this and tried it out. It’s been very helpful to have around.

I’m giving this five stars because I have no real reason to give it last. I have used various brands of creams and wound care things on an injured cat that I rescued and she healed up very well over time. She’s now super happy but sometimes she scratches a spot where injury was and when she does so I can keep her still just long enough to spray her with this. It doesn’t burn and it doesn’t make her scratch anymore or less but I feel good about having at least hopefully some little bit of silver on the wound that she scratches. I also spray it on myself when one of my other cats gets too aggressive playing and ends up scratching me. I did a wound care rotation during my residency, so I know that there are better products available at much higher cost, and I used all of them when getting this cat back up to 100%, but at this point we are in the coasting phase and she has never had another infection. Whether or not this has as much or the type of silver that it claims to I can’t say, but it isn’t hurting thing so if there’s a small chance it’s helping even a little bit I think it’s worth the precaution.

I recently started using SILVER GRADE Colloidal Silver and Deionized Water spray for our feral cat colony, and I am really happy with the results! This product helps treat minor skin irritations, cuts, and scrapes, preventing infections and giving relief to our cats.
One challenge we face is that after we trap the cats for spaying or neutering, it is very hard to get them back to the vet for follow-ups. Having a good solution on hand to address small problems before they turn serious is important. This colloidal silver spray has been a game changer.
The results are impressive—I’ve also used it on my chickens with great success! The spray format makes it quick and easy to apply, especially on animals that do not cooperate well. Plus, it dries quickly, which is a big help during cold winter months when we need to protect the injuries fast.
Overall, I highly recommend SILVER GRADE Colloidal Silver and Deionized Water spray for anyone caring for animals, whether they are feral or pets. It provides peace of mind and effective treatment when you need it most!

This is excellent Wound and Hotspot spray from Silver Grade.
One of my cats overgrooms his back legs and I have been really tired of using medication for him when it licks his legs to the point of hot spots. I don’t like overloading his system constantly with prescription medicine, so I thought that I would try this for him.
Not only did this help with his hot spots within a few days, clearing them completely up, but It has seemingly helped with his overgrooming and he isn’t licking as much any more. I think that this is because his skin is very soothed now. It is a good, above average PPM, which I really like.
What was an unexpected plus is that I had a cut on my had that had been giving me grief healing while I was applying this to my cat and lo and behold, my cut ended up healing really fast and I now it is because I was using that hand to rub this into my cats back legs.
Excellent value for a great hot spot / wound spray. Had more benefits than I expected!
